We are in the outpatient reception area until 4pm today. Come and speak to us about how we can make your outpatient experience work better for you! Our aim is to make it easier for you to access the care you need, when you need it. This could mean having your appointments closer to home, online, by phone, or by providing new ways of accessing care and communicating with your healthcare providers. #CUHInvolve

Simon Boyd has been a volunteer at CUH for five years. He started his role as a patient safety partner in June 2024 after his experience as a patient, as well as a volunteer, which led him to want to give something back. Simon said: "Patient safety is at the heart of what CUH does and I hugely value the opportunity to contribute. I enjoy talking to patients on the ward and helping to keep up their spirits. I see both my roles as linked."Read more: https://orlo.uk/GEVaRMore about patient safety partner: https://orlo.uk/HS5xK
